Account and profile
How do I create my coach profile and complete my information?
Log in to Tripsy Coach with your email. Complete: first and last name, brief biography (80–120 words), languages, destinations, and travel style. Upload a square photo (min. 600×600). Save your changes and verify your profile is active.
How do I edit my weekly availability?
From your Coach panel > Availability, define blocks per day (e.g., Mon–Fri 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00). When you receive a paid booking, the system automatically blocks the slot. If you need to block manually, use "Block schedule".
Catalog and products
How do I publish an advisory in the catalog?
Go to Coach > Catalog > Create advisory. Complete: clear title, description with value (what's included), duration (30/60/90 min), price, and currency. Add 1–3 images (1200×800) and select your availability. Save and activate the product.
What images are recommended for my advisory?
Use your own photos or royalty-free images in 16:9 format (1200×800). Optimize them to < 300 KB and add descriptive alt text (e.g., "Travel advisory for Japan with photographic itinerary").
Bookings and flow
What happens when a traveler books and pays?
The traveler chooses an available time slot, pays with Mercado Pago, and receives confirmation. You receive an email with the details. The system automatically blocks the slot and creates the event in your panel.
Payments
How and when do I get paid for my advisories?
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. Once approved, they are recorded in your income panel. Settlement is done according to your configuration and Mercado Pago timelines. Keep your tax/banking details up to date.
Policies
What is the confirmation and refund policy?
If the traveler pays for an appointment, they have 24 hours to confirm it. If they don't confirm within that period, they must request a refund; Koh Phangan SpA does not refund automatically. Check Terms and Conditions for details.
Support
Where do I contact support if something fails?
Write to us at contacto@tripsy-app.com with the subject "Coach – Support" and attach screenshots (screen, error, URL). You can also use the Help Center from your panel.

Tips for a highly satisfying advisory
Confirm the traveler's objectives at the start, align expectations (timing/style/budget), share 2–3 actionable options, and close with a clear plan (next steps + brief checklist).
